iGuidanceUMPC 3.0.1 Modified

I've made a patch for those of us using iGuidance 3.0.1 that has the following:

-Support for iGQWERTY 1.0c
-The Menu/Volume/+/- buttons removed from the Map
-Large Turn by Turn indicators (from GPSPassion Forums)

The iGQWERTY fix I found on our lovely forums here, the button removal was an idea I had and found out how from our forum, the TbT indicators belong to someone else, I just added them.

If there's an interest for this patch, please let me know and I'll post it. It's about 8MB so I don't want to post it unless there's a need for others.

Also, I usually use UPX to compress my exe/dll files for faster loading. After running it on the IG executables, the modified one went from ~5.4MB to ~900KB...it loads faster too! (upx.exe -k --best iGuidanceUMPC.exe) So far I'm using it in Centrafuse 1.20 with the CFiG plugin and all is good.

I've made just a diff patch using a patcher called dUP. It doesn't contain anything illegal (like the actual binary). I'll give this clickteam patcher a try though...might make the patch smaller.
