xport not saving ports on reboot

ok i searched and read threads so far for over two hours. I tired of reading, reading and reading. If there IS a thread to fix this, help.

xport does not save the correct port when the pc reboots, turn off and on.

it does save the correct port when it hibernates. I would like for it to save the correct port on reboots, turn off and on.

Hmmmmmmmmm ... I don't have this problem. May be check to see if other apps rape xport and steal the port before it running.
