BU-353 driver conflict with VGA

OK, so after a bit of troubleshooting I was able to narrow down my issue..

So to start from the beginning... after installing my GPS unit (BU-353) I was getting some serious artifacts or whatever on my screen.. Basically no windows would refresh except RR and iGuidance, so all the windows would overlay and basically become unusable. This of course made it impossible to do quick troubleshooting (esp. while driving) and I hadn't had time to hit up Safe Mode.

So now that I know its a conflict with the VGA drivers (lilliput EBY-701), and changing USB ports isn't helping, is there a way to solve this? I've upgraded drivers of all components, and the only thing that is working is disabling the VGA in Device Manager. I'd prefer to have everything that's installed to be enabled, otherwise what's the point..

If anyone has run into this, help a brotha out!
