D_roc is an unknown quantity at this point
can magnets mess up GPS accuracy

because i'm planning on sticking my gps puck inside the trunk and there 2 speakers (the stock ones with the magnet hanging down) the stock sub and 2 12"

The GPS receivers I have owned actually have magnets for a base. For mounting on metal surfaces I suppose. Oh an edit. Your problem will not be the magnets but the hiding of the receiver in the trunk (out of line of sight) I believe.
