Garmin nRoute + City Select install problem

I've recently gotten my carPC up and running, however it seems I have lost my nroute CD. I downlaoded nroute from garmin, but it says it needs a valid nroute install to continue. I cant even install my city-select CDs because it says I have to start the installation process from the setup cd (nroute cd). I've emailed garmin, but they're notoriously slow with their email responces. Anyone know an easy solution to this?

I know it's nearly a month ago since you posted, but just incase you're still having issues installing nroute, first install the Garmin Training Software found here (http://www8.garmin.com/support/downl...ils.jsp?id=835). Once installed you will be able to load the nroute update.

you must install the citynavigator first and after the nroute.
Or any mapsource software...
