iGO on CarPC - Page 4

I tried some new maps but the program only crashes when adding a new map or connecting to a GPS.

The maps work perfectly in the MioMap or iGo in PocketPC.

The iGo for PC is beta, and it does not support the new map format, that is why it crashes. Somebody posted here a tool to convert the maps, in my case it didnt work.

So far iGo for PC is not usable. I keep using Destinator on CarPC and iGo on PocketPC (another car).

i did this and the map error is still there. Where do I get a new TEXAS map that will work for this? I have searched and searched and none have work. Maybe im doing something wrong?

Holy! It works! Thank you kiskutya for the new exe. Is there any way we can custom size the window? I tried editing the sys.txt with the line vga=1 and 0. But can we make it, say 320x240? Just an example.

what version do I have to have? Right now I have IGO 2006 pc. Is that was the new .exe works with? If so, where do I get maps to work for this one. I found 2007 maps but they dont work with igo 2006. I get the map error from before, even after copying the new .exe

I got it to work. Only thing is, when I have it working in roadrunner. If I go back to the main menu and go back to the GPS. A new window is shown and it says could not find maps. But when I minimize out of road runner, there is igo working behind road runner.

How can I make it so the igo window stays there, when I go to a different menu.

you need to use the patch prog for new map!!!

That's not embedded correctly.

It works, now I have the map showing at 800x600! The buttons and menus are still small (320x240).
