Terran,
I can't see how this would work properly using the POI files. However it might be possible to make a program that feeds your data in as TMC. I can't see it being that tricky provided all the TMC protocol data is available.

Its not great granted but at least it would show on the map as a POI like the speed cam and you could have an audio warning then sussed.

Well, I'm going to investigate the TMC option too. I'd also like to see if I can get TMC data from a Silabs radio too & inject it into the NMEA.

That's why you need the SDK. You normally can't write to files in use by the program.

I, like Justintime LOVE this app. The SDK is very well documented as well and I am starting to program against it.
All I can say is I am in love! I hear there is a Beta out right now of the version with US maps, does any one know of someone with access to the beta who could redistribute the US maps? (Though Im assuming thats against their beta rules) Or know of a way to get US maps for this app, not through Sygic? perhaps convert from another map type or get from a comercial GPS unit (I have access to 2 magelan units)
I look forward to hearing more about DRIVE and US maps!
