How hard can it be?!

HI!

I've googled my *** off for this one. Im trying to find some plain simple GPS software that shows my curent/max/min/avrage speed, but I can't find anything. Am I the worst "googler" in the world or is there no software that does this?

Current speed is pretty common.
For anything else, you're going to be doing some math to calculate min/max/average speed. You're probably going to be coding something on your own.

You can always use a GTech unit or something similar.
