Im not quite sure what you mean. YOu want to buy an actual gps receiver? If so, whats holding you back? Not being able to see it in action? Just know that it needs to output NMEA data, and unless you plan on using a bluetooth reciever, get a usb supported one. If your still not sure, look into the bu-353, i think holux makes it, but dont quote me on that. Its supposed to be really good with alot of people on here using it. I use a AyAy-Sir receiver that i got off ebay and i absolutely love it. Very fast to lock and always holds plenty of satelites.
