iguidance v4.0 problem

i just installed iguidance 4.0 on my laptop,and when i run the program it says it cannot load find the map files.i tried too move it around the iguidance folder in c: but it still doesnt work.any ideas what too do?

This thread tells you how to install it with the maps on the harddrive.

ok thanks ill try that out.it says you should run it off the d drive.that doesnt make sense really cause the d drive would be the cdrom drive.its just confusing too me.

look in the cd drive, and copy the inav or igudance i can't remember folder to c:\

reason why they say D:\ directory is because most people in this forum has 2 partition. C parition which has your windows files and D parition which is where most people put there music. If you have a cd rom also this would be your E:\.

But to me it seem like you only have one parition which is C parition so you will put your map files in C:\Inav
