You can change the voices.

Simply change the voice files to .wav's and you can change them. A few voiceskins can be downloaded at http://www.voiceskins.com

Note the year this was started. I have Ver. 9 of CoPilot now and yes you can change the voices but they do not do read text they are predetermined sayings. I wish i could load my ATT voice. Now that would be bad ***.

I knew there was a reason I still use delorme (it's not for their wonderfully 'accurate' map data.) I use AT&T voices with it, and they are wonderful. I was thinking about trying copilot, but if it only uses pre-recorded voice blurbs instead of tts, then it won't tell me street names, and is useless.

Hold on...Don't take what I said the wrong way. There are two, very robot like, voices (male and female) that do read street names but the other voices (Themes?) are prerecorded and can not read street names.

C!

You actually have streets out there in Aussie land...? I thought most of what you had down under was dust tracks and such! BUT,GIVING CREDIT you do drive on the correct side of the road, not like where I am in the States (Left Hand Drive ****) and weenied out American cars! Gimme a Eurpoean EVO any days. (but my car looks like a million $$, it's an 05 Mustang Convertible) AND YET HAVE TO INSTALL THE DAMNED CARPUTER, but I finally got all tested over the weekend... life is good!)
