Anycom USB-500 BT ---or--- Mini dongles

I broke my Anycom 250 so I was looking for a new one and came across their v. 500.:
http://www.anycom.com/products/bluet...technical_data
It is unbelievably small in relation to other BT dongles to the point where it is kind of suspect to me. So I am looking for some feedback if anyone else has used it or knows of it. I was relatively happy with the 250 so I'm hoping this is as good or better. The only thing I'm worried about is the range is only 30 feet, where the 250 was in the hundreds...not that I need that distance, but I believe that if it has a larger range the strength should be better...let me know if that assumption is wrong.

So any feedback on it?

Thanks

Marvin Hlavac will become famous soon enough
A few months ago I bought a new Bluetooth USB adapter myself, and it also is a tiny one, just like the one you linked to. It works flawlessly, and I would not buy any of the large, old style, adapters anymore, unless I really needed larger range, as I suspect your assumption that the antenna size affects the range of the unit is correct.

Well it looks like I was right in being skeptical. I was just about to place my order for this dongle, and low and behold, it is discontinued. I've never seen a product by a company discontinued in less than a year when they don't have a whole bunch of similar products. So basically they don't have any dongles right now. The 200 and 250 lasted much longer. So what do you have...what do you recommend? Not trying to spend too much on something like this.

EDIT: I found this...but it seems WAAAAYYY too good to be true. http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.11866

Most things on dealsextreme are to good to be true, be aware they really have horrible customer service and package there stuff in egg shells it seems, and then give u a hard time and blame you for damageing the item when opening it...
