Yep, using Mappoint. Can't remember which version, but I got to choose what symbol etc I wanted to use.
Now they always show up on any Maps

Normally, using AGPS to start default, I load it, wait for AGPS to get a tenous lock (currently on dining room table), and it gets to my local area. The cameras are visible from then on.

Problem with things like the Phantom Plate is, if they aren't yet illegal in the UK they soon will be.
Having a map of cameras or a radar detector is fine, because you drive carefully and slowly, so it has done it's job, but avoiding detection when breaking the law is bad.
on a similar theme.
Radar detector = good (legal and recommended)
Radar Jammer = bad (police know how to check for them, and people have been prosecuted for them) and get you a bigger fine than the speeding ticket normally would anyway.

I don't go out of my way to speed or run red lights. I recently got a ticket for speeding through a yellow light. The officer gave me a ticket for careless driving. There are a lot of Speed Cameras around my job and I don't want to get an unexpected ticket in the mail. PhantomPlate looks cool because you can't really tell by just looking at the plate.

That does look pretty cool. Haven't tried it yet as my system is still down and in pieces, but I think this has some serious legs. If it could be compiled for X86 pocket PCs it would be even more useful to people without full multimedia systems or laptops. Good work
