GPS software for Canada

I did a search in the forums and didn't come up with much. My needs:

1) Must be readable on a 7" lcd (large fonts, decent zoom)
2) something that will give voice guidance so I don't have to look at the screen.
3) Compatible with the new delorme earthmate

I'm in southern Ontario and most of my traveling is in major cities, but it would be REALLY nice to be able to find my friends cottage on the weekends.

Jeremy
