Destinator & Haicom

Hi, I'm using destinator with the haicom 203E (serial version) I've just bought. First of all, it takes a lot of time to do the lock, and when it locks, it does with no more than 6 satellites, normally 2 o 3. Is haicom a bad GPS receiver? what's happening? I'm using win XP. Will other software (like MP with AGPS) lock fast? I've tryed and it seems so...

Thanks!

It could be the software trying to get the data out of serial port that is slow. Perhaps they are not made for each other. If you have a serial port, you can check what kind of GPS data is coming in.

I'll try again tomorrow, and see what happens. Thanks for the reply. Anyone who has the haicom can say something?
