Montreal/canada/quebec GPS users

Alright so you guys seem to be the only ones able to help me. I currently have a laptop in my car hooked up to a Touchscreen. Used that instead of building a car pc works great. Anyhow i am looking for some good gps street maps software. i dont know how it works exactly. i did some searches with montreal and such and just found out about MS has good canadian software but that was an old post. Any softwares do canada and the united states since i tend to travel alot....Thx alot for the help guys.
