Thinking of doing either a laptop installation or a Pioneer NAV installation on my car. I'm just wondering if anyone knows whether or not the accuracy/POIs/recalculations for labtop/carputer GPS softwares are as good as the ones for aftermarket NAV units.
my friend picked up an rx8 w/the factory nav on friday, which uses navtech dvd's. I believe destinator also uses navtech maps so i would imagin if you went for destinator, it would be practically the same... but that's just my speculation
