That appears to be the same GPS as the Rayming TN-200.
http://www.rayming.com/products/tripnav_tn200.htm
I've had the TN-200 for over a year now and have had no problems whatsoever. If it is the same as the TN-200, it will work with any software that supports NMEA, which should be about everything. Mine works well with Street Atlas 2004 and with Netstumbler.

I bought this one and am very happy with it. I use Delorme 2003 software with it and it locks on before I get the program up and running. Whenever I check I have had 8+ sats locked on. I paid $67 US for mine. I am sure you will like it.
Good luck,
Gary
***added: After reading dtr's message I thought I should add that I too mount my BU-303 on the roof of my SUV. I have not had any problems from snow or rain and it's built in magnet holds well without any movement.

I use one of these with Travroute CoPilot And it is fantastic, Plus the specifications state that the unit is waterproof. I have it mounted on my boot (trunk) lid (it's Magnetic), and it has seen some massive amounts of water and hasn't missed a beat.
Four and a half stars.

I have the one in the second link (LED on the side) and I got it off ebay as well. It works great with Mappoint 2004. Refreshes and locks quite quickly. It even worked through the roof of my car (mouse sitting on seat).

Please excuse the stupid question, but why are these called 'mice'?
Aside, what's the difference between one of these and a regular GPS receiver, like a Rand McNalley, Delorme or Earthmate etc?

Just bought one via ebay - there seems to be tons of them!!! (searched for USB GPS). To anyone that's bought one, how long did they take to arrive?

I got this one:
http://store.yahoo.com/directron/gmouse.html
They shipped here in 3 days for like $10. I am very happy with it's performance. Locks onto the satellites very quickly. Less than 20 seconds most times.
