There are quite a few out there. I didn't feel like spending too much money on my current project since I'm not sure how far I'm going to go with it. So I bought a the NavTrip USB reciever. It's pretty good actually. It updates just a little more than 2 times a second and seems to find the sats MUCH faster than my Co-Pilot reciever did. However, it was only $90. If you want to spend more money, there are WAY better recievers out there that either use blue tooth or USB and update up to 14 times a second. But you're talking about spending $400 on something like that. If you're going to burn the money, get one that updates anywhere between 8-14 times a second. Believe me it's worth it. When I'm done with my project, I might end up buying one as well if I keep my car. If I sell my car, I'm not investing in another GPS reciever.
