Any Truck Drivers using GPS?

I'm installing a puter in my Father N Law's 97 International tractor and would like inputs on which GPS would be best. He is not computer literate at all but i figured with the touch screen it wouldn't be an issue. THanks for any input. Also what about voice. I thought that would be the way to go for the entire PC?!?

Check this out ---->

copilot truck

I have no experience with the truck version, but the car version is the best out there, by far. A lil pricey though....
