Using Destinator 3 on a Pocket PC emulator

would this work? Any point in doing it?

Wouldn't work. Pocket PC emulators are created for testing software during development. They don't emulate Xscale or other pocket CPU's, the developers compile them for x86 pocket PC emulator and run it there. So, unless there's x86 pocket PC binaries on the CD (there won't be), you can't do it. Unless you have the source code!
