I had to switch to the map I wanted to arrive in, and add the destination (I added as favorite). Then i had to switch back to my local map and start out - switching maps as I went along.

Not exactly great, is it!

In my map package was a "US Roads and Routes" or something like that. It's the entire U.S. minus any local roads.

I believe you'd be expected to use that for your trip, and then switch to state or region-maps when you got closer to your destination. Although it's not the nicest method, it's a limitation due to the program being intended for 32MB PocketPC's with 200Mhz processors.

How lame is that.... no matter how cool the GUI is and how good the navigation you can't ignore the fact that that absolutly bites.... I'll stick to Copilot 7.

Thanks for the replys
