Its all about AT&T Natural Voices.... they're the leaders in digital voices. check this out: http://www.nextup.com/attnv.html

I have the program and 2 of the AT&T voices. I don't mind sending you those words as WAV or MP3. drop me a PM if youre interested.

hah, yeah, not only can she navigate well, but she is also very good with the stick shift. give her my regards.

Im not sure if I quite follow your idea (english is not my mother languaje), but I think Tom Tom and all oder used pre recorded voices and not TTS. At least the E60 uses pre-recorded
