Routis Volume problems

Routis used to work great. The volume was set and there were no problems. All of the sudden, the NAV voice will come on real loud, the music playing through Media Engine will get dramatically lower, then when the Nav is done, the music volume abruptly returns to normal. Any ideas???

I just read a thread in here (but can't find it now) and it said the problem might be where you set your volumes. If you've changed your volumes recently, I think Routis and MediaEngine (I use MediaCar but get the same thing) are different, but if you change the volume in MediaEngine and it's set to change all the volumes together then you'll get what you're describing. Check your volumes. Wish I could find that thread. It could explain it better.
