I am contemplating on whether to buy the Holux GM-270 or the GlobalSat BC-307. I am going to use Copilot Live Laptop 7. If it doesn't matter, here's some stats for the two, can someone help me with my decision?

Okay, i don't understand most of that, but the difference in price:
Holux GM-270: $100 shipped on ebay (+ $10 CF to PCMIA Adapter, free external receiver)
GlobalSat BC-307: $70-90 shipped on ebay (Generally free Adapter and external receiver)
is it worth the potentially $40 difference?

Thanks in advance for the help guys. And hopefully this will help some people trying to find out the same thing.

I got the BC-307, an excellent receiver and it is compatible with all GPS software out there.
I get a lock on up to 10 satellites (out of 12 possible) while most people get 5-7.

Best part, is that if you have a Pocket PC - you can use the BC-307 in it as well.
