GPS setup (Benelux)

For the people inside the Benelux, what are you using as a GPS setup (soft/hardware) ?

As I'm totally new to this kinds of things, I'm in my gathering info phase,

so anything out there that has:
- voice directions (pref female )
- graphical directions (you know, with the arrow icons)
- support for RDS/TMC (doubt it but you never know)
- some nice graphical maps of Belgium, Netherlands.... (3D ?)
- adresbook

I will be running XP...
Will I be able to use nav-cd's from existing systems (Blaupunkt, Pioneer, ect..) ?

Nope!
I have a in-dash color Blaupunkt Travelpilot DX system. (factory built) And it works flawless! I did not find any software-product that works as smooth like this system, but I'm still looking for it...
You can't use this data, most navigation apps use their own 'legacy'-data format or just scramble it so you are not able to re-use it for other navigation apps.
I have a *very* detailed package of map-data of Europe. (3 DVD's and some more CD's) but I can not use them in any available product. These maps are from a large known Belgian company that also supplies data for the Blaupunkt systems. I would like to be able to get my hands on some code that can work with this data. (Which is a known GIS-format) Maybe then it is possible to create my own navigation software.

Thanks for the info!
I checked this Destinator software at their website. They claim they have RDS/TMC support and also sell the GPS mouse with RDS/TMC receiver. anyone got that working?
For PC version 3 isn't available yet, only for PDA and windows.CE
