Navigator Upgrades

Hi,I'm new to all this but at the moment am using Navigator 3 on my laptop in the car. I've noticed Falken say that Infomap provide free upgrades. I bought my copy from Directions and have never been offered an upgrade, is it worth paying to get version 4? More detailed maps and voice commands would be nice. Also how do you guys overcome signal degradation on long VGA runs from the boot to a touch screen in the dash?
Great site, tonnes of info,
Cheers Rob

Talking

Always downloaded mine from
http://www.directions.ltd.uk/
There aren't too many available for v4 on that page.
Although I have an official version of 3 & 4 I never bothered to register.
If I found out upgrades were on available to registered users only obviously I would want to register then.

Sorry if I confused things. Let me try and clear this up.
Updates, revisions, patches etc are available free of charge from either the Directions Website or www.action-replay.co.uk/drivers.
Discounted upgrades (i.e. from 1.3 to Navigator 4) are only available to users registered with Directions.

Regards
Doug

Thanks for that. My mistake. Any answers to my second question about signal loss and noise (I know I'm in the wrong section really).
Cheers Rob

Admittedly it's not in a car but at shows we have 5 metre extensions to the VGA and USB leads so we can demonstrate the touchscreens. Works with absolutely no problems at all.
