GPS Help

Ok I have a problem My GPS will lock and track for only about a minute or 2 at the most, then it freezes up. The rest of the pc runs fine, it just like the GPS unit freezes. It is the ebay mouse gps unit with the M10000 motherboard. Running windows XP Pro on the system. I have read all the posts I can find about this and tried moving the GPS unit out side the car, to the back, changing refresh rate on the lilliput, cannot get this puppy to show me where I am going. Unless its a quick 2 minute drive!!! Any help would be appreciated

Oh ya running routis 2004 with it

Do you have any other USB devices connected? If not, do you have another computer to test out your USB mouse?

yes i have tried it out on my home computer also. Same thing is happening. One interesting thing i have found, is that if I hook up the GPS unit, then start the GPSINFO program the thing quits after 1:49 seconds each time.

Sounds like you have bad GPS receiver. Hopfully it's still under warranty.
