Does anybody knows what Route66 Europa 2005 Professional can offer?

I have Route66 Europe 2004 but that is only bigger roads and routing from town to town. I dont know if there is any SDK for professional version.

Theres also alturion and routis, alturion has an SDK, but I think its for just the pocket PC routis is supposedly coming out with one shortly. I have no idea on what countries they each support.

Yes, the version is running in a pc also. In fact, the version is for pc, and you need to transfer it to the PDA if you have it. Mapsonic will start "Mapstore" witch runs the aplication in the pc.
So on, there is only one version for PC+PPC+Palm. I donīt know why the PC does not appear in the name.

I have a little addon to this.
since Navigator isn't really offering a good front-end for touchscreens i have asked directions ltd if and when they will be publishing a touchscreen friendly version for car pc's (this means a version "with some kind of interface which you can deal with by tapping a 640x480 pixel screen with your fingers, with
on-screen-keyboard for entering places and streets and such....") and i've got the folowing answer:

Quote:
Pascal,

Yes, there will be one later this year.

Regards

Tomas

sounds good i think ;-) especially because this application is dirt cheap, if you compare it to many of its compeditors.

so lets look forward to the touchscreen interface
cheers
pascal
