From what iv seen no you can't
I tryed to hex edit V3 maps to see if i could find out the street names heading but to no avail
Its prob more complex but the reason why searching suburbs/towns works but not streets when using v3 maps on v2 sdk could be that the heading for the streets is named different so when you try to search for a street it either doesnt work or it routes u to th other side of the city
But it's prob more complex than that but im hoping not
