GPS Tough Plastic

Hello All,

I am using a BU-303 and I was wondering if I put it under a plastic peice in my dash, right under the window would I still receive signal or does it need to "look" at the shy?

It should be ok under plastic. They only seem to have a problem with metal and windows that have metallic tint. I believe that there are a few guys around here that have them mounted inside the dash and they work ok. The best thing would be to try it.
