Loading Destinator Client..

Hey guys!
Great work on the Destinator 3 SDK!
However I have a problem, I did a clean install of Win98SE and loaded the Destinator 3 SDK with modified DLL and registered the DLL and OCX file myself as the register.bat file didn't work (kept saying C:\WINDOWS\REGSVR32 bad command or filename, however when I typed into the run dialog "REGSVR32 C:\DestinatorApps\Frontend\Mswinsck.ocx" it worked ) anyways the destinator client hangs at "Loading Destinator Client".
It doesn't do the "Trying 1, 2, 3" thingy it just hangs and I need to do a Ctrl + Alt + Del to get rid of it. I tried running DestClient.exe on it's own and it started some hdd activity however then I got the dreaded illegal operation error! I have searched (especially in that monster thread over 40 pages long!) but i have found no real solution to this!
Please Help!
Btw: No firewall installed, and the destinator 3 SDK works fine on my WinME machine.

Try using regsvr rather than regsvr32

Still Bad Command or file name, and the destinator client hangs at the loading screen. I will download the new 1.1 and try that tomorrow!
