whats the best/cheapest gps solution?

I have access to almost any GPS software, I just need to know where I can get a cheap GPS receiver. I dont care what it comes with, either serial or USB too. If anyone knows where I can get one, plz post.

cheap and good ( i had that one first, but later upgraded to Earthmate)

BUB-303 on Ebay I believe is the cheapest and works really well.
