Road Avoidance feature?

I'm looking at iGuidance for my GPS needs, and I was wondering if anyone had thoughts about it's ability to do road avoidance and recalculate the route. I drive a commercial vehicle, and in the NY/NJ/CT area, the roads I can't drive on are legion.

Or suggestions for a different package if iGuidance sucks in that department...

Thanks!
