Question about M$ S&T 2K5 GPS Mouse

Hi everyone I just finished my first install of my system. I'm too tired to really play with it or anything but I figured I'd ask everyone if their gps mouse stays on after computer turns off. I don't know if this is an issue or not but I'm kind of worried because the bright blue light in the window attracts thiefs and what not. So I'm wondering if this is normal or if I screwed something up in my install. Also I would like to know if this isn't normal does anyone know if there is a setting to make it turn off. Thanks all.

It doesnt stay on. Your computer has to be powered and logged in for the blue light to show up.

I checked and my computer is in hibernation but the blue light is still on. I'm wondering if I checked a setting or something to keep my usb on during hibernation on accident or something. Please get back to me if you have any ideas thanks.
