Hibernation work about 90-95% of the time that is when Routis is running and go to hibernation. Just click reconect "reconnect GPS" icon in Routis then it is fine.
If routis is not running or off before going to hibernation, it works 100% of the time. No other software/trick/method is needed.
Well, not exactly "no trick". The trick is that the GPS have to be on it own USB port. Meaning that if I have the USB WiFi plug in the same hub the GPS is, it only work 10% of the time if Routis is running and going to hibernation.
So I have 2 4-ports hub (1.1 and 2.0). 1.1 hub I just use for GPS and mouse/trackball. The 2.0 hub for all other USB stuff.
And my PSU/Sproggy completely cut power when off/hibernate.

Get rid of that 3rd party driver. Why do you need that if you installed the delorme driver?
Then if that don't work, get rid of all drivers, and start over. But only install the delorme driver.
Did you read Matrix's post on the "evolution". Did that help?

The Delorme driver has the USB to serial converter with it.
Unless you are talking about a usb to serial convertr wire/plugs? No, shouldn't have to get that.
I did remove SA2005, but I don't think you have to do that either.

Weird, don't see why removing SA fixed it. So long it wasn't running at the same time, iGuidance should've worked fine.
Let us know how well you've got it working.
I was thinking about re-installing my SA because the POI's are handy, I'll let you do it first ?
