the size thats in the fine now are the ones i typed in and are what i use. 22 may be a better number you just have to play with it depending on how far your screen is from you while driveing etc. Also feel free to edit any of the road colors and such, the file thats here has a lot of custom colors i picked for myself (only for night mode) that you may or may not like.

I'm truly glad I was wrong!
I read your post at work today about 5 minutes after a drug addict (That's who I deal with) blew up in my face. I didn't have a very positive view of humanity at that point. I am glad to see that I saw it from a bad perspective. Sorry to have called you out for something you didn't do.
np,
sorry that you took it that way. we all get a little annoyed with other humans from time to time. what do you do? I would not want to work around crack heads all day.

I'm a drug addiction counselor. One tends to get testy at time in my line of work. haha
I've not managed as far as iGuidance goes (back to the point) to change the pointer to the BMW logo, complete with changing the blue in the logo to red and yellow depending on GPS signal. I've increased the font size of the roads. What I need to do now is increase the size of the icons.
Having points of interest is worthless if you can't see which ones are little dollar signs and which are gas pumps. Anyone know a good icon editor?
Also can I change the basic map color? I don't like the brown or the blue.

Well Ijust test drove the system with all the new settings. (Okay SOME of the new settings)
I had the bigger street names on. The bigger menus on. Bigger zoom buttons. And my own custom bigger BMW pointer on. That's the damn neatest feature int he whole modifying iGuidance thing. You can change the cursor to anything. You could have a little tiny picture of your head in there if you wanted. So much fun.
Much easier to use the program now.

no, that would be a lot of work.you would need every angle of the car.
I just threw that one together as a proof of concept. I know its a little pixelated

If you could take a picture of your car from above,t hen you'd have something going on!
It would turn with your turns and still look cool. I thought about doing that but couldn't figure out how to get way up above my car. haha

ugh this is becoming one confusing thread.
What are the chances that someone will put together a theme.ini and/or the revised exe with bigger icons and share it with the board. I'm sure i'm not the only one looking for a simple solution to make the buttons and menu larger (hell i dont even care about streets). It would be all but impossible for me to use the resoursehacker on my 7" tft
