MS Streets and Trips 2005 with BU-303

What do you guys think about this setup? MS Streets and Trips 2005 with BU-303 running a 1.7AMD w/ 256 mem of ram on a Laptop?

I would double the ram if your running XP.

I found Streets and Trips difficult to see in daylight because of the colors they use. There is no option to change them. Also, you had to manually "start" the GPS tracking process. I looked, but didn't find an auto-start option (doesn't mean there isn't one).

I've been using Street Atlas and it's mobile screen option that makes the map background black was much easier to see under similar conditions. Can't comment on the other programs.
