Getting rid of iGuidance tool bar menu?

How do I get rid of this tool bar menu for good? I can drag it out and "X" it out to close it but it's right back under the menu when I restart the program or windows. Can I get rid of it for good?

you could write a app in vb that just embeds the map and gets rid of the crap around it. then you would just start this app instead of iGuidance. You also might be able to use subclassing to remove it.

I can't code so I guess it's more work than it's worth to me. Any other more simpler solutions that don't include coding?
