Question How to format .csv file of Speed Camera POI for D3/MioMap?

How can I correctly input csv data for conversion in the MioMap console (vers. 3.0.75)??
I have previously successfully added a preformatted *.dat file of Swedish speed cameras to my Favorites folder. Unfortunately current major updates of that database have not been available in the MioMap (Destinator3) format even though some of them are in other .csv formats.
The MioMap program users manual (7.6 Using Favorites Importer) does not give information in enough detail for me to know how to enter the available data in the console for conversion to a *.dat file. The data available to me are of the type: long; lat; Road # direction (“N or S,W,E”) Speed limit "x km/h”.
Can somebody please show me exactly how to enter such data not containing an address label? I suppose that a number of commas have to be added in place of the address but I have not yet been able to get it right. I want the data to show up in the Auto Alert 1 folder in Favorites in the correct format.
I would very much appreciate a precise description on how to perform this little operation.

Does his name not give it away that he's in Sweden?

Also he says:

"I have previously successfully added a preformatted *.dat file of Swedish speed cameras to my Favorites folder."

Question

Thank you, but when I import the updates with the console they end up in Favorites but not in the Auto Alert 1 format. I can edit the symbol to the same one as for Auto Alert 1 but not the alert distance.
Can the updates be added to the already present Auto Alert and how is it done??
/John

Hi,

You have to change the name on the file you just created to "Auto Alert 1" or Auto Alert 2", however there is a bug in the Auto Alert function, to be able to save the alert settings do NOT use alert at 50m. I use 400m and 100m for speedcams and it works perfect.
