looking for a free GPS Component

I know I saw a similar thread and can't find it again... and I used the .

I need a small component to get lat/long/spead/heading from a nmea GPS.

Free Dll, ocx, & Delphi samples welcome

Try www.gpss.co.uk

It has maps for most countries and has some interesting additional features even if it isn't quite as elegent as things like TomTom and Destinator.

Dir, MPH, KPH, Knots, Alt.Feet., Alt.Meters, Longitude, Latitude, Time, Short Date, Long Date, Trip (in miles only), and Sats.

Thanks. I wasn't clear : I'm building my own Poi/radar warner and I'm looking for a component (dll, ocx) to get lat/lon/alt/heading from a nmea GPS, something to read/decode NMEA sentences.

Compas doesn't work (win98se maybe), and gpss, well.. ahem, bleh !
