I hope you have alot of time and patience to read that thread. Someone should really condense that thread into one post so that it is more understandable.

The way I understand it is that the theme.ini file is created by you. You enter what you want into it and then save it under the name theme.ini. If you need the lines commands to enter into your theme.ini file you need to refer to that thread. Dont take my word for it though. You really are going to have to go through that thread and sort out what you need.
