Topo 5 Users - Help me please!

Hi all,
Got my Topo 5 up and running on the PC. I love the program but one thing is frustrating me - I can't disable the "Center on GPS" function. I would like the option to move the map around to view different areas, but everytime I scroll the map it snaps back to the GPS centered position. I have unclicked the "Reposition to GPS" box in the GPS options menu, and I have tried the "Center on GPS" button on the menu bar on the right side of the screen both pressed and unpressed, and no matter what I do it keeps centering on the GPS position.
If anyone knows how to get around this please let me know.

Don't have the program with me at the moment, but if i remember right you go to the GPS tab, then the settings portion. Then in there there is an options button that brings up a dialog allowing you check uncheck options, including the one you are mentioning.

The thing is, I have done that already and it seems that no matter what combo I use, it always centers on the GPS anyway.
