Looks like it's 2.0 and upgrade to 2.1 is not free

No, it's 2.1. If you click the "Buy" button, it takes you to their actual store, which shows that it's for the latest 2.1 edition.

Though the combo doesn't come with a waterproof receiver. And you cant use theme.ini with v2.1.
