how to convert csv to dat file???

You don't have to convert the csv file to dat, you can import the csv file in mapmonkey. Go to mapmoney configuration, Adv. GPS, then you see the 'Speed Camera Detection' Area. Choose Spain at the 'Database to Use', click on 'tools' then 'import new cameras'. Now you can import the CSV file.

i am trying to convert it to dat file because i work with pocketpc+gps, and i don't use that software of the mone.. web site.
i have an option to import that file with destinator, but it converted it not exactlly, so i'm searching a way doing it with another softwear.
