No, but MS Streets & Trips can do that for you. Or you can use S&T to at least find the location of the ZIP, and then use iGuidance to navigate there.

A page that you may find of interest. (I found it a little while ago and was able to get the lat/long for my apartment.)

That site doesn't happen to give you a zip code from a lat/lon does it? I'm looking for something like that.

Actually, it did better than that. It allowed me to punch up an address and it gave me the lat/long. But I think that is the opposite of what you're looking for.
Unfortunately, my browser history gets cleared every day on my computer at work so it's not there any more. I'll see if I can find it again.

The Postal Service does not maintain ZIP Code maps, and the only related product we offer at this time is the TIGER/ZIP+4 File. This file relates ZIP+4 codes to Census Bureau data (e.g., latitude, longitude, track, Standard Metropolitan Statistical Area (SMSA), etc.). For more information about the TIGER/ZIP+4 File, call the National Customer Support Center at (800) 238-3150.
In addition, there are many commercial software products available with geographic information. Check with your local software store or search the Internet for related Web sites.

You can buy a Zip Code database that has the central log/lat for all the zip codes (last I looked, it was $50 for a copy). Heck, I've got Destinator and a zip code data base (no log/lat) and I could through the two together and get the list form Destinator.

This may be of use to some programmers. All the websites that I seem to find want to give lat/long when type an address but no the opposite. Perhaps through the use of the this site and the data they provide under the GPL maybe someone can write an app that will give the zip if you know the lat/long. (Note: Look below where they talk about selling the data for commercail purposes. That shouldn't be relevant.)

I need something that can tell me which zip code a lat/lon are in. Just having the the central lat/lon wouldn't help much.
