I post this mesage for a friend from bolivia who is thinking about building a carpc after having seen mine

We are now looking for GPS avigation software for bolivia mainly and other countrys like peru .
Does anybody have information that could help us finding out if there is something on the market ? Google doesn't help

My first step would be to check World Map Database.

On that list the fields of Bolivia are empty
but there has to be something
