How to install Holux GM-210 with Delorme SA 2005

Hello, I recently got my Holux GM-210. I connected it and had some initial probelms with the windows automatic install. I directed it to the english win xp usb folder but it wouldn't let me continue. anyways, i manually installed the driver and it is seen by the computer. however, when I added it to delorme, i used generic NMEA for the device since that was the only choice for holux. anyway, it just sits there saying acquiring with a big red sphere above it flashing red. I ran GPS viewer, which came with the drivers, but I get no locks, could it be because I am doing this in my room(2nd flr)?

well, I ran GPS viewer a second time and it gave me a lat and a long, so it is not cause I am in my house that im not getting Acusition in Delorme SA.

I have the same problem with the same receiver. Does anyone know how to fix this problem. I tried 2 different software and still nothing. How do I change the NMEA? Thanks
