Traffic in CoPilot Live 8

Searching was of no help, so here I go...

I just picked up a copy of CoPilot Live 8. It looks like there is a way to get live traffic updating, but I can not get the feature unlocked no matter what I try. Has anyone got this feature to work?

I was always under the impression this feature was available in Europe, not yet in the North American version of CoPilot.

Yes, Europeans are a few years ahead of North America in integration of traffic into GPS navigation. I'm not aware that this function works in USA/Canada, in fact I'm not sure if there is any GPS navigation software that would take advantage of this in our part of the world. New car manufacturers do equip some new vehicles with (mostly optional) built in navigation units that may have some traffic functions, but as far as I know it is all in very early stage, and only about 20 markets in the USA are currently providing this traffic service.
