Is this your fist GPS reciever? I'm just wondering if you have used other units to compare this to. The sensitivity seems great. I'm currently using a the typical BU-303 reciever and never get all those sats even on a clear sky mounted on my trunk. Can you give a link to where you bought it? Thanks.

i have used delmore crap for two days, then sold it on ebay because i was just over carpc and now i am back into it. I only had that thing for two days and didn't get it to work half the time. I don't count that as my first receiver because i didnt use it.. This one is nice tho. No problem with it. Anyways have to go back to installing. later

My guess would be the screenshot #2 was not taken while your dad was sitting in the car ;-)
